Heat a tawa. When the tawa turns hot, add a tablespoon of oil. Pour half of the egg mixture onto the pan. Cook on low for 2 minutes or until the bottom is browned lightly and cooked through. Flip the omelette quickly and cook for another 2 minutes or until the other side is cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat making omelette with the remaining egg mixture. Serve with toast, softened butter and tea for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy!
